Over the years, Dominick Tringali Architects has made it part of its mission to give back to communities and organizations that are in need. We have either donated or assisted in generating donations to all the charities you see on this page. We estimate that our efforts, in association with The Somerset Collection, Habitat for Humanity, and Gleaners Food Bank to name a few, have generated over a hundred thousand dollars to help others.
Staff members have upheld this mission professionally as well as personally. The staff has given back to charitable organizations and to their communities in numerous ways. They have given back by volunteering as Board members for Habitat for Humanity, mentoring children in Junior Achievement, volunteering to collect food for Gleaners Food Bank in the dead of winter, helping out at Michigan Humane Society shelters, and even designing rooms for the Suite Dreams Project and the Junior League organization. Every staff member has participated in one way or another and each person represents the true charitable sprit that flows through the core values of our firm.
Recently, DTA held "Casual Fridays for Charity" in its offices which raised thousands of dollars for various charitable organizations. We have made it our firm's holiday tradition to adopt and shop for a Salvation Army family. We designed and constructed a window mural which improved the facade of a day care building in Downtown Detroit. We have also designed, sponsored and volunteered in the construction of several new Habitat homes in our area, including a new home we designed this year for a family of nine individuals.
We are thankful for the ability to give back to those in need. It is a core value of our staff and of our firm and we encourage you to visit the charities listed to help out.
